Privacy

MnJ Thrifts is a small family business. We collect only what we need to sell you a treasure and get it to you. We do not sell your personal information, and we have no plans to.

What we collect, and why

• Checkout details. Your name, email, shipping address and payment are collected by Square, our payment processor, on Square’s secure checkout page. We receive your name, email and shipping address so we can ship your order, send updates about it, and, from time to time, tell you about new finds and promotions (see “Promotional emails” below). We never see or store your card number.
• Your bag. The items in your bag are saved in your own browser so they are there when you come back. We do not keep them on our servers.
• Messages. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
• Site activity. We use Google Analytics to learn which pages and pieces people look at, so we can improve the shop. It uses cookies and collects things like pages viewed, device type and approximate location. We may also use advertising tools from Meta or Pinterest to measure our ads. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Promotional emails

From time to time we may email people who have bought from us, or who have asked to hear from us, about new arrivals, sales and promotions. Every promotional email will include a way to unsubscribe, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing [email protected]. Opting out of promotions does not affect order and shipping messages about a purchase you have made.

Your choices

• Our analytics respect the Global Privacy Control and “Do Not Track” settings in your browser.
• You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The shop works without them.
• To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected].

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop: Square (payments and orders), our shipping providers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, via Pirate Ship), our website host, and the analytics tools above. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this page we will update the date at the top.
