Welcome to MnJ Thrifts! We are a family-owned retailer offering vintage, secondhand, collectible, and occasionally new merchandise.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Merchandise and Condition

Unless expressly identified otherwise, merchandise may be previously owned. Vintage and secondhand items may exhibit signs of age, use, storage, or handling.

We make reasonable efforts to disclose notable defects and provide accurate photographs, descriptions, and measurements.

Items are sold in the condition described in their individual listings. Nothing in these Terms permits inaccurate descriptions or overrides applicable consumer protection laws. See our Vintage Condition & Authenticity Policy.

Inventory and Availability

Many items are one-of-a-kind. Adding merchandise to your shopping cart does not guarantee availability or reserve the item.

If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unavailable merchandise, including applicable shipping and taxes attributable to that merchandise.

Pricing and Payments

All listed prices are in U.S. dollars.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Payments are processed by our designated payment services.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors, subject to applicable law. If an affected order is canceled after payment, we will refund the amount collected.

Shipping

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, subject to available carrier services.

Our standard handling time is 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Transit times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final for accurately described merchandise, except as expressly provided by our Returns & Refunds Policy or required by law.

We review claims involving damaged merchandise, incorrect items, or material differences between delivered goods and their descriptions.

Authenticity and Collectible Information

We make reasonable efforts to identify makers, materials, markings, age, and condition.

Where information cannot be independently verified, descriptions may identify the information as estimated, attributed, or unverified.

We do not guarantee investment value, future resale value, or collectible appreciation.

Third-Party Sales

Purchases completed through eBay, Mercari, Whatnot, or other marketplaces are subject to the applicable marketplace’s terms and buyer protections.

Intellectual Property

Original photographs, branding, graphics, and website content belonging to MnJ Thrifts may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without authorization.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent transactions.

We may decline or cancel orders reasonably suspected of fraud or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law and refund requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MnJ Thrifts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable Texas law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable to their transactions.
